Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Marielena who provided me with excellent service to facilitate the sale of my home. On Day 1, Marielena came over to assess my home and she create an itemized checklist of recommendations on what needed to be done to prepare my home for the sell. She even provided great affordable recommendations of companies that could do the work i.e cleaning, repairs, etc. Once my checklist items were done, Marielena came over again to stage my home perfectly to beautify it for selling. She also created a video of my home to generate the interest as well as she did an open house in which I received 5 offers by the end of that 1st weekend. Throughout this process, Marielena was extremely responsive to my questions and provided me with step by step details from receiving the offer through inspections & the appraisal to the signing day. She made going through this process of selling my home of 15 years easy. If and when the time comes when I will be looking to sell my next home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be! We recently relocated to the Phoenix area from Texas. Marielena spent a whole weekend with us while I was in town to look at houses! I am so very thankful to have met and worked with Marielena Krebs! As a single mom, buying a home on my own for the first time seemed like a big undertaking after my divorce. I took a chance and made a random call about a listing, and to my good fortune Marielena answered the phone.
